I bought this strap enthusiastically to the photo exhibition to support, among others, my heavy telephoto lenses.

POSITIVE:
Nothing to say about its primary function of distributing the weight of the camera + lens. Walking is very nice and hands can be free.
Taking Device hand is fast and well.

NEGATIVE:
I tested the strap with my Nikon D90 + 70-200mm + Grip and unfortunately the strap constantly awry under the weight of the whole.
This is annoying because if everything is too low, ca swings at the hip.

VERDICT:
Product on the very useful background, may be more than harness.
By cons is not suitable for heavy set. I will try to strengthen the blocking of the belt to overcome the problem.
