1 star deduction because it is designed only for Germany. In addition, it is definitely not for 4 years. No normal 4 year old knows what the abbreviation "M" stands on the license plates! In addition, the children themselves must give points for correct answers and well, the little cheat like and are soon ready with questions. Therefore, I would recommend it rather from 6.
