This book is very well built, it takes all the necessary indicators in the construction of a social report and proposes a more approach to this tool proposed by the author that one can discover through the book. It is very well detailed and very well built, over the author does not just provide information in the wind, examples are given and methods to enhance the various indicators. HOWEVER, 2 large defects arise: - The distinction between compulsory indicators for public vs. private accommodation establishment is not made and this is very important! - The list of indicators for public institutions was changed by order of December 2013 or the date the book of 2011 so it is outdated. It does have no less a very good book that will serve as a solid foundation for the establishment of a social report.
