Goods are total scrap and dealer shows clients hostile behavior

The mattress was broken from the start - to read as well as in several other reviews. The commodity is junk, a star is already too much. Our guests are woken up in the middle of the night on the floor, because the mattress was leaking. The trader Garherr not answered for weeks on the emails. Later we were told that we sent unfortunately outside of the revocation period the goods back. That alone is an absolute impudence. We asked to replace the goods, at least within the warranty period and were referred to a us completely unknown manufacturers abroad. There was, as expected, almost, again no one reached with competence and also of a returned mattress nobody knew. Completely unnerved, we then procured us a mattress retail. The money for this mattress is gone anyway.
