Graufilter not conform, Polarizer yellow

According to the product description of the neutral density filter for a four-fold extension of the shutter speed makes. I put it on's lens, my camera but only a dual exposure time reports (aperture and ISO constant). The polarizing filter, however, brings with it a slight yellow tinge.
