By cons, when you want to switch the bass from one room to another (Playbar -> Connect: Amp ZP120 or vise-versa) is not very practical controler sound systems via software.
First assignment Sonos SUB, or at the PlayBar Connect; Amp, should be automatic that is not the case.
In addition, Sonos SUB configuration settings that are specific to PlayBar or Connect: Amp, should be recorded and re-imported automatically according to the speaker you are listening or it is not.
All this is possible manually only via the Sonos Controler settings menu and deleting the Sonos SUB of the enclosure to which it is associated, and by combining the Sonos SUB to another desired speaker, remembering to repeat the specific setting serious ... ggggrrrrrrrrr.
In short, a teasing little practice game for the uninitiated user settings to the Sonos Controler software.
Hopefully in future updates Sonos Controler, these features will be integrated as Sonos has the merit of regularly update the functionality of its software.
That said, we must admit that it is sending serious, without excess and it adds depth to the sound, especially that out from the speakers connected to a Connect: Amp.
And the ease of control the sound of any room, from any tablet or Android or iPhone smartphone, PC or Mac, is a treat for everyone.
Besides the incredible number of music sources, podcast or radio exploitable via Internet or not (from a NAS, a smartphone or tablet, PC, Mac). It is a handy gadget to use, reliable and intuitive enough.
Best of all, we just send the sound from the TV PlayBar the Sonos speaker to another and vise-versa.
Exit the old multiroom system based on infrared remote controls or wall with lots of buttons in all directions!
To audiophiles accustomed to appliances to thousands of euros, go your way, Sonos is not heavy enough, expensive enough for your wired or daudiophiles ears but it is a good solution midrange!
