I needed a camera to monitor the entrance area of a storage room at night and on weekends. I have there no electricity, so I bought a camera Wild me a few months ago. The model was actually quite useful. Unfortunately, you could discover the camera in the dark, because the LEDs have lit red light. That's why I bought the Wild vision a few weeks ago. Positive I found that the camera came with an instruction manual easily understandable, detailed in German. I really liked that the camera was all ready prepared for launch. She came with batteries and a memory card inserted. Also date and time were already set. I just had to make a single switch to ON, in principle, then a red LED flashing forward a couple of times and then the camera already recorded on. The first pictures made the camera the same times from me The image quality on the day is tiptop. If one considers that a camera with motion detector you can get for under 140 euros, by holding for several months with a battery pack, then the image quality is really surprisingly good. And significantly better than the pictures that I shot with my first game camera. At night, the camera will take only black and white images. The image quality at night is fine, but you can not compare with recordings of the day. But at least you can still see because of the night-LEDS in total darkness, who hangs out around the camp. Smaller animals are well recorded. You can take a picture and then a video or only one video instead of pictures also only. The videos a day to be proud of as well. The camera can take pictures in HD resolution. At night the same applies as with the photos. The quality is ok. I use videos but rather rare, because the batteries require more videos, especially at night, because since the LEDs have to light all the time. Well I liked the possibility with a simple switch of 40 LEDs to turn the invisible flash to 19 LEDs. The wall around the entrance area is brightly painted and has too much reflected at full flash. Now the pictures are much better. The operation as a whole is significantly lighter than I thought, even much more elaborate than in my previous camera. The menu can be controlled via up / down left / right keys, the settings can be seen on the display. The settings are well understood in the German language and many manageable. Anything you do not understand intuitively one can read in the manual when nötug. However, a study, as with so many other technical equipment is not required. The camera is easy to handle, not too big. The processing affects quality and robust. It consists of two parts. The front part is detachable. Inside are a color display and various operation switches. About a Schaube at the bottom to open the battery compartment and the slot for the memory card. I personally find not quite ideal solved, but should not diminish the positive overall impression. In the back part, which you can attach the supplied strap to a tree or pole, 4 extra batteries can be inserted. Do not you, but I would clearly recommend, because the camera is still more ready then. How long does the camera really hold out with one battery set, I can not say unfortunately, because I still use the first set of batteries. Conclusion: There is very little to complain about. The camera comes all ready prepared for operation in the house. That's a big plus. Convinced me have a top picture quality, a completely invisible flash at night and a very good value for money.
