Great device with great many training opportunities

The assembly would certainly have been quicker possible if would have been in the manual that you have to insert the blocking thing for the "initial LINEUP assembly position".
Well ... would you quickly can get it even themselves, but something falls on einenm later ;-)

The pictures in the training manual, the device is shown with a different hand-grip tube. For exercises like the leg curl is needed, in my opinion, already at least 40 shoe size + shoes on because the handle tube has a much larger diameter. This one has a lot less maintenance.
