The 100D I have therefore actually only due to the size and weight since I bought like hiking and mountain biking. The camera really fit in your backpack, making it ideal for traveling. Meanwhile, I still bought up some accessories (Nissin Speedlite Di866 Mark II + Canon 50mm f / 1.8 prime lens + Canon 55-250mm IS USM Telephoto + Montana Scout tripod + additional battery Ex-Pro® Canon LP-E12) so that my small camera bag for a long time is no longer sufficient. What's to say: Should refrain her that her then again rumschleppt more material can you certainly also directly take a larger camera, but I'm traveling like simply go only with a lens.
Topic Finger / handle: I am 1,92m tall and had very large hands and had to hold the camera no problems at all. I keep them with 3 fingers, but because it is not difficult, that goes without problems. With the tele one must certainly take both hands, but I never had a big DSLR before, I do not need me to get used.
Another feature on other cameras is a rotatable touch screen, I did not miss this as I have also previously never used him. Is uncertain about whether this makes sense I .... I do not need that for now.

Unique buy recommendation from me for DSLR beginners, mobile people, or as a second camera for lucky or two-digit Canon products.
Would I buy again? Probably not. Since I have developed so much joy in photography, I'd probably 60D / 70D or 6D buy a Canon. But who knows, probably I would miss the light, simple and agile the Canon 100D.
