Great for relaxation and easy Pilates exercises

I have a hypermobile vertebrae, I again have to bring into the correct position from time to time. Until I took a Schwimmnudel it. The hardness is much too soft. It is great for relaxation exercises and strengthening exercises (Pilates). I'll keep therefore anyway.

I also bought the Blackroll Orange STANDARD (The Original), but for medical purposes has this role not geeignet.Und I have still the Sissel Pilates Small Props RollerPro SOFT bought the blue. Although is great for relaxation but not for the vortex, because far too soft.

Then I have the FA Sports Yoga Yogiplus medium scooter, blue, 15x15x45, ordered 596. The hardness is optimal and corresponds to my Bedüfnissen, the massaging action is better than the other two roles, but unfortunately this is expressed a Bissel together.
