With my girls 4 and 6 years we LOVE this book for a long time; I also do not understand the other less enthusiastic comments; it is true that there is no real moral to the story; but the illustrations and the amusing originality of dishes and ingredients (cockroaches, rats, etc but nicely designed) to really make an amazing book!
