Great Fun Camera!

I bought the camera at times every now and then to have a small notches on outings here. I also finished with their pictures for the auction house to (with the four colorful letters). I usually work with a lot of expensive equipment. But but I wanted a compromise between small and light, yet still better than the Photo mode of my cell phone. It should not be overloaded with settings addition. As I said, just a fun camera. If I value and image quality settings, then I take my Olympus PEN 3 or Sony NEX. 7

So far everything has worked well. The basic requirements, image quality on fine and of course the best megapixel level, I am more than satisfied. Even 10x15 Photo prints are super sharp and amazing detail. Larger prints I make anyway almost never know why, but I think even A4 size would still absolutely plonk. Occurs naturally on the quality of the photos. How has sent you to be employed by the photographing?

The zoom range with 28-224 mm (with appropriate small picture format) is surprisingly large, so that the animals get very close even in bright sunshine at the zoo. Of course, it is clear that the intensity is not the screamer. In F3,2-6,9 there should be already difficulties in the telephoto range. But those who know and sometimes used now and then a small tripod will hammer out here along with the time trigger beautiful shots.

The video mode is HD Ready (720p So, what unfortunately no Full HD 1080p equivalent). Videos I almost never do with a camera, but I have a camcorder.

What I find very good is the battery charger included in the delivery. Other manufacturers often save this option in this price range and you can charge the battery in your camera. Which of course makes sure the camera does not always be able to use immediately.

There are also a couple of useful effects, so you can make the really funny fisheye distorted recordings. But the typical Miniature Effect is and the toy camera that resembles a pinhole.

Via USB you can then transfer the images to your computer and archive there. The ImageBrowser EX program that came with your help here, to do this in the simplest way. Even in later transmissions to get a status on already transmitted images. What is of course very helpful. This eliminates duplicate storage loads.
Note: Unfortunately, no USB cable included. But I have quite a few external hard drives or other devices that use mini USB. Who owns none must therefore be to buy one. Is there for a few euros here at Amazon. Searches for Mini USB cable (not be confused with Micro USB).

Conclusion: It was clear from the outset that this camera is not a high-end product. Since I have also purchased cheaply under 100 euros, I am very satisfied. The price-performance ratio. Who puts a bit more emphasis on image stabilization, and to an even higher zoom range, which should sometimes watch the IX150 and IX155. Much better the images are not as well, since the same image sensor works. Since I by a friend who works at a shop who had the opportunity, I can test all three say. The IX145 is sufficient absolutely.
