The length of this cable is really handy. There are always too long supplied USB cable to the devices. When I connect a USB hub to my laptop, then standing beside my computer. The distances are short. I connect external hard drives, then I need also short Kabel.Aber there are long cable and I have the purest cable clutter at your desk. Clear are long Kable if you have a PC and is practically under the desk. But that is not with me. Short Kable are not commercially available, either in Saturn still Media. Why not? This Kable are optimal. Not too long not too short. I've also 15 cm long cable, but they are sometimes a little too short and too inflexible since my stroke unions has above.
