I bought recently a plancha and frankly pretty little cookbook is perfect to start with this method of cooking when you do has ever had. The book is well designed, alternating tantalizing recipes and beautiful photographs, basic recipes of sauces or marinades are very useful and original (about twenty). The recipes themselves, very inventive, mixing the classic and more exotic tastes and are easily achievable. In short, perfect for me, because I'd rather have less choice of recipes (about 80 anyway), but they are all tempting and easy to do. In short: for me it is PERFECT.
