This can indeed protect the brown Elastoplast plasters. However, my recommendation is this Elastoplast-sensitive patch. Previously I've tested the variant in 1.25 cm wide. The width, however, I find even better, because the 1,25er patch was needed rather two strips. The patch remains as the brown sitting there, where it belongs, but can be solved very pleasant again.
Sure there are many other applications where rapid wound care, but just for runners, I recommend this patch like. Although should also quality shirts made of polyamide better protect them from chafing as a commodity from acrylic, but with this article you are on the safer side and the rollers are sufficient for many runs.
