What more could you want for that price? The well-illustrated manual is sufficient for such an easy to handle product. The know-alls who claim it should be sold without German instructions no products should look above the legal situation. The attached connecting cable can be the way (at least for the FZ 100) used as a connection cable for an external microphone. I can not comment about the specified operating times with one battery set.
