As I say in the title, the product is great for soups, sauces and other products that need mixed cooking ... It is very easy to use ... A homemade soup in 25 minutes and unattended, kept warm for 2 hours ... The top when you have kids, it starts and we'll take bath in the meantime.

HAND DELIVERY WAS CATASTROPHIC.
1st delivery by the deliverer "private parcels" = never arrived !!!
2nd delivery by the deliverer "private parcels" = never arrived !!!
3rd delivery by the deliverer "private parcels" = never arrived !!!
4th delivery (after rant at Amazon) arrived in 24 packages with "Chronopost"

Result waiting almost 2 months !!! A word ...
