This device provides a great support in the kitchen. I use it to touch the dough, where it does a very good job. The juicer works very well. Potato pancakes I've already prepared, all excellent. The device is stable and really easy to use. - A little difficult was the use of Schnitzler discs because the manual was not self-explanatory. But the support of Bosch has good support, so no deduction. All in all I feel armed with this device for any challenge in the kitchen.
