When I recently bought myself a Wii U Bundle, I pondered long whether I should take the Mario / Luigi Bundle or to resort to the Lego City Undercover version. But as I at the time was not sure if Lego City something for me, I decided on the variant in which I knew with Mario (and Luigi) platforming what I got.
Now after a few weeks in possession of the Wii U, and with far only Mario / Luigi as the only Wii U game allowed for a change forth something else. Then came the Amazon campaign "buy 3 - Number 2" but just right. ;-)
In addition, I must say that now the doubts that I could inspire this game, were eliminated. On the cover of this game Game is actually declared "Best Computer Game 2013", which pretty much says everything. :-) Clear that's always a matter of taste, but you know, nothing comes nothing.
So now I have been playing the game a few hours and I have to say: The fun here is bigger than ever! My friend was sitting in my first missions next to me and we have almost located in front on the floor laughing! But part of my amusing clumsiness chases by extremely funny comments / events / cinematics in the game itself. I was instantly hooked. The film sequences show partial short film parodies for example, Titanic or Mission Impossible. The game is really as expected in style to a more benign version of the GTA games, but in this very loving, funny Lego optics. My boyfriend (29) and I (25) are set back here in our childhood and can freely spend a few hours away from the daily work. This game is really so refreshing graphically correct and just so hilarious that it currently represents the game with the highest replay value, including long-term motivation for me!
Use the Wii U gamepad as organizer with overview map, phone, navigation system, scanner with various functions, etc. I find very sophisticated. The gamepad is ideal for quasi in.
One can to keep the story mode in order to fulfill the missions, but at any time simply run freely at will through the area or drive (which is my favorite) to explore the town and its surroundings. So here make a spectacular, highly detailed world in great graphics and lots of wit each other. I've never played a game in which I have so much to laugh about. It's not that primarily indeed, but this is an absolute bonus. Grandiose! In my show all thumbs up and I am looking forward to the next seeehr funny session tonight! -D
Tip: Pay attention to times exactly what happened, some of which take place more in the background or comments from some Lego figures ... They truly to laugh a lot (I only say: "I've Bock on noodles" or "Hello , George Vat-Ter-Bendsen-Berry, long time no see. "). ;-)
