I bought this product because of the many positive customer reviews and unfortunately am not satisfied. The main reason for buying the Brush & Style was the rotating hot air brush is included. Unfortunately, the bristles are high quality but not particularly feel more like cheap plastic than as boar bristles to. The engine power of the device could not convince me. My hair is not very thick but the 'rotating brush has permanently stopped. Even the expected volume I unfortunately do not get as expected ... Really a pity, but unfortunately the product returned.
