Had this "Navi" gladly buy and keep, not the following problems could arise.

Caveat: I am not a computer expert, but been able to solve any problem encountered with patience and by experiments.

Unpacked and considered a truly respectable device. Even the necessary accessories makes a good, solid feel.

To use the "lifelong" free map updates, I first kept strictly to the specifications of Becker manual. These specifications were wrong
with those specified in the Content Manager match possibilities. For example,

Content Manager: No -XY- available.
Manual displays an image to explain, which should also be in the Content Manager, but was not.
It shone a flashing in the red dot without any evidence, without end.

The navigation device itself showed no change. It remained during all tests at -verbunden-.

In order to verify the accuracy of my notes I have performed the steps again. Worked out fine, but it did not appear in 2014 Q1, but in 2013 Q4 !!! So I had probably not the latest maps on the Profesional. 6
As these data could be changed without my help within minutes will probably forever remain a mystery to me.

Before I had decided on the Becker Professional 6 I have diligently read customer reviews. Many buyers
had trouble signing in, and update. I knew it will not be any easy. That I would not work under circumstances not intended.
Know now happy where the problem lies.
Is it because of my PC, at the Becker Operating Instructions, at the Professional 6 or I'm just as then, a large part
other customers incapable?
Would this "Navi" like to buy again, if I could use it. Forgot my problem Becker informed'm curious
whether there is a reaction.

The return to Amazon went smoothly. Have had 6000 send me the Tom Tom Go. Log in and update the device was "in no time". May be something astonishing how easy.
Also, the TomTom has a lot what I would wish to improvements, hope as to appropriate updates. Overall, TomTom is the best solution for me.
