Let's start with "one hand": The lamp does exactly what it should, no more, no less. It is bright, built massive and clean. It does exactly what it should (ie lights on two levels of brightness). She is extremely bright, even the smaller step is lighter than the old brand as flashlights MagLite Mini (with 80 lumens can easily two people walk on a pitch-dark walk in the park or forest side by side without constantly tripping over something).
"On the other hand," it takes more words because it only really opens up price / performance compared with more expensive lamps: it is namely in terms of processing, almost on a par with the twice as expensive NiteCore or ThruNite flashlights. Good pressure point at the counter, clean threads, sealing ring, color and distribution of light and so only the outer shape is a little less elegant. She feels much much (completely different league) solid as the cheap 5 EUR lamps and no less solid than, say, the aforementioned old MagLite.
The size is very handy, ideal for car, Pocket, daypack or similar. I've ordered the same two that come into the glove compartment of the car. I have now several lamps (Gröößen) of de.power, but here is clearly my favorite.
Conclusion: For the price you really get what decent ... it is not a luxury or frills, just the essentials in it and on it, but what's there is also well done.
