Hardware Top, but the firmware is early beta

Pro:
- Resolution 3 megapixels and a very good image with autofocus
- Good night vision
- Alarm motion detection
- PoE-capable
- Water-proof IP67
- Housing makes a robust impression

Cons:
- "Notify surveillance center" does not work
- Send email via SMTP STARTTLS (port 587) is not working *
- Email with "Attached Image" does not work!
- Miss the function "Send test mail"
- Images FTP upload does not seem to work, could not test because there is no way to specify a default FTP directory
- Settings such as motion detection can only be via the browser plug-in Windows (use with Linux and Mac does not work - or use a VM)
- Currently there is no firmware update fixes what these serious errors

* The e-mail will only work via SMTP port 25 or SSL port 465 (many providers no longer support these obsolete technology)

Too bad, because the hardware seems to be really good - but the firmware is a bad beta version works only partially. Here is the customer abused as a beta tester?

Under these circumstances, I am sending the V-109HD INKOVIDEO back.
