no downloading to a 7 possible you can not reasonable operating system install as in the BIOS everything is locked !!!!! a great pc if not win 8 Who Should .... unfortunately it send whoever it back

As long as Microsoft has is unable to develop a simple and user-friendly operating system you can buy an expensive Mac probably
