He's good, but not what I hoped for.

My Rating is based on the 65-inch version which seems to me very different from the 50/55 inch devices.
My TV hanging on the wall and has in that day about 20cm distance.
My pitch is 3.5m
Have the TV now since mid-June.
Player: Panasonic BDT500, PS3, Technisat Isio S.
AVR: Onkyo TX-NR616
Boxing: Nubert nuLine 102, DS-22, CS-72, AW-1000 as 7.1
Volume of investment: Normal room volume in multiple dwelling mornings and evenings. One can still have yell Entertain without.

TV functions with me only as "monitor" use either the internal tuner nor the internal speaker.

On the whole, my experience coincides with those of Thomas in his Rezi:; ASIN = B007FNIEGC & channel = rw DP & nodeID = 562066 & store = ce-de so I just want to again emphasize a couple of things, possibly reads indeed a Panasonic with the impact on coming SW update has :)

What I can confirm from the other reviews that this device is a really great picture and that's why I'm not going to praise here again in the sky. Unfortunately, the picture only TipTop is when the image is. Many will condemn me again but it is unfortunately the case that the VT50 (I do not know its predecessor, my last was a Panasonic PZ70 50 inches) has a rather poor Bewegunsdarstellung.

What particularly bothers me and what I have to emphasize again:

- 3D view with strong ghosting. I refer to this view movies from Sky 3D and 3D BluRay and 3D games via PS3. The Ghosting can unfortunately not be eliminated with the settings in the TV. While it has a slider, but is used to set the ghosting is gone in the foreground, you have it in the background, making it one the HG way you look at it in the foreground. It can not completely eliminate. If this is through the "innovative Crosstalk Canceller" arise, then please populating an option to turn off.

- Strong verschlieren the image in movement, the quicker the worse. Mainly in faces (ie skin tones) we see strong Fals Contouring.

- In slow motion it is partly to substantial jerkiness (IFC from) but I can not really determine when they do not occur and when. One thing is certain, the poorer the playback (SD, DVD, HD, BD) the more it falls on one.

- The fan noise can be heard clearly.

- Panel whirring very clearly heard!

- The glasses come without box and battery, and I find them a bit too small and they are sitting too far forward on the nose. But this is by which they are owed for eyeglass wearers. The piano finish of glasses brings unfortunately with the disadvantage that the image that comes from the TV in the glasses several times Reflects.

- IFC ... that you have to love well. I can set it to maximum low. Even my wife thinks it grauslich when it is turned on. But let's be honest, the display should not stutter to "Off", and turned schaltenen IFC just "smooth" look. The IFC can not be used as a compensation because the device without IFC jerky.

- The unit does play MKV on, but 20 mkv movies I can only one coil while the unit depends on. Both the BST820 like the BDT500 from the same home can selbige Movies fast forward without problems.

Please Panasonic! Fixes the crosstalk, Fals Contouring, motion sharpness and judder with software update!
