I am very disappointed with this product because it really not very hot, even in the 3 position directly on the skin (j'me really wonder what are the positions 1 and 2 !!!!!!).
In short, having back pain, this heating pad is not used much ....... and most infuriating is that this article can not be returned for refund !!!
