Contraindications:
- The mouse is not used in wireless mode for a while, it needs 2 seconds to wake up. However, this is so and probably the technology due to many wireless mice.
- The Razer Synapse 2.0 configuration software must be downloaded from the manufacturer's site. The mouse is no disk. The software also requires the creation of an online user account.
The mouse is connected in wireless mode via Bluetooth 3.0 with the PC. As I have already connected a mouse or other device on this port, I was a bit skeptical. Especially is generally partially lag and disconnections when various devices that are connected via Bluetooth, complained. Connecting worked for me without any problems and the connection was and is consistently stable. I noticed neither delays nor disconnections. I use the mouse a small multicolored mouse pad with fabric cover. The mouse comes easily clear with the ground.
The Razer Orochi is a high-quality looking padded zippered pocket for safe transport. Very nice.
A word on the USB cable. As a layman, I do not say to what material it is, but it is more like a fabric cord, as a traditional cable. It is characterized by the fact that there is practically not knotted or tangled annoying. This is very pleasant, because the mousing so works very well even in the cable operation, without which one has the feeling that the cable is constantly in the way. You can mouse therefore well on a small table, or use a small mouse pad.
Conclusion: A not very cheap, but quality and precise mouse for gamers that leaves no wish unfulfilled.
