After unpacking the supplied batteries are used, then the scales connected via USB cable (included) to the PC. The PC must have an Internet connection, otherwise the balance is later only limited use, because initially its own account will be provide to the manufacturer of the scale and each user created. Later on, the scale will bear the results here and from there they are then in the browser or app available. After creating the account, the balance has yet to be "fed" with the local WLAN settings. Here all common encryption technologies are supported. Now the scale from the computer and disconnect it go.
Stop! Previously, the account needs to be supplied with data and that by applying the future users of the scale with name, gender, age and size.
Now simply place it on the scales (barefoot and possible umbekleidet of course) and the display easy to read the weight on. After the transfer begins (a bar indicates the progress) and after the first weighing the assignment to the user (for multiple users manually in the browser or app). In the second weighing the balance displays after transmission to body fat / BMI.
The browser / app now allows all values to be displayed graphically, that is a graph showing the development. The diagram is graphically appealing design and "Apple-typical" of course.
The scale makes a high quality impression is well crafted and styled appealing.
So far so good. But!
Several users with similar weight (difference up to 4 kilos) will find that individual measurements are assigned to the wrong person. Unfortunately, you can not move these values subsequently, ie assign the right person, but you can drop.
A small flaw that can be solved but hopefully still in the course of the next updates.
