The receiver is highly recommended along with the Pioneer ControllApp. The full-service such as inputs switch, adjust sound modes, Internet Radio, Media Server file selection is possible. I'm using the app on my network on the PC and on the hard drives, or grab on my Media Player and let the receiver to play the Music on lying. Web radio can completely searched for genre and popular stations are the favorites together, to access quickly access it again. Even on the phone stored Music I can play with 3 clicks to the receiver. The sound is surprisingly good to my trusty Sony 5.1 system and the former Center volumes problem (loud quiet loud low) is also past. In short, I love this part. Inputs There are more than enough, the old Blueray player and the new Media Player and network &&& all connections that are needed. Great!!!
