Introduction, I would like to say that I'm a big fan of the first part. Although Bioshock 2 is not as revolutionary as the first part, since one has Rapture already met in the first part, but it's interesting nonetheless Rapture (The Alpha series) to experience 10 years later after the Civil War from the perspective of the first Big Daddy and even previously to explore unknown areas of Rapture. Disturbing things from the first part (which not many were), such as that you have to switch between weapon and plasmid only, have been improved. It's just fun, the splicer with new attack combinations to send the ADAM Nirvana. hacking was also significantly improved, so that it no longer is so annoying in the long run. It's cool to experience Rapture times from the perspective of a Big Daddy. But as a Big Daddy you're not nearly as stable as the Big Daddy you have to fight against. Not quite realistic, but otherwise it would be too easy;) The graphics are very nice and I think that the developers Rapture very well set 10 years later in scene. It is much more depraved and Deflec *** ter. The atmosphere is breathtaking. Graphically, has also done a lot so that you can better recognize the emotions in the Splicers and there are in my view several different Splicermodelle. In addition, you can time in some places even outside walking around Rapture in the water, which I personally find very cool. Too bad, I find that one the plasmids while still be able to expand well, creating new opportunities arise (eg with telekinesis at level 3 you can now living Splicers through the air throw (this but unfortunately only in uncut) and other "nasty" things with you do q;>), but most plasmids you already know from the first part and there is little new. The weapons have remained basically the same for the most part, but they were of course made phatter, so they are also attached to a Big Daddy. (The Thompsongewehr is now a Gattling-Gun and so on) A new feature is that you now "the people all power" weapons to the - stations up to three times can be improved. The improvements can be visually recognized by the arms as in the first part. Motivating through play more is that there are several verschiedenene ends, depending on how you behave in the game against the Little Sisters or others. The story is good and catchy, but not as spectacular as in the first part. In order to get ADAM to get around it is still not the Big Daddies that protect the Little Sisters to kill in order to decide to exploit the Little Sister or save. Moreover, there is, however, the possibility, which I personally find very cool to adopt the Little Sister and bring them to the "angels" to, then where they can gather ADAM for a while you have to protect them from attacking splicers. After two-time gathering must decide whether the Little Sister dismisses in a ventilation shaft and rescues or whether one exploits them then. For multiplayer is to say that he is not a revolutionary, but he is a good change in between. In multiplayer you play one of several different characters or less in the middle of civil war. Positive and motivating is that you can level up the player, which one and so are available gradually new weapons, plasmids Gentonika, masks. For a change, there are several different game modes. Disturbing I find, however, that you be given one minute compulsory break between every match, but that is rather a trifle. Anyone who has played the first part and liked, which I can only recommend the continuation. But would definitely prefer the uncut version of the cut, as in the uncut wounds look simple and realistic as you can throw the bodies using telekinesis through the air. I am looking forward to the third part, the not playing under water, but in a city in the clouds. But that's another topic. For artbook is to say that it is a nice little bonus, and I would therefore prefer in any case the Rapture Edition of the normal version, since it is only slightly more expensive. The artbook of Rapture Edition is all I know kept shorter than that of the Gold Edition, but I can not constitute a comparison, since I myself have not seen the "big" artbook.
I hope you enjoyed my review and will help in the purchase decision. Greeting
