The tray and cart are very well designed, but the rotation system operated by a string starts making a noise not very mechanical in a few months. After 18 months of use, the rotation mechanism broke, it has stopped, can not be disassembled because the washer which blocks the axis of the lid is glued, but somehow repair seems very uncertain. I still have a nice bowl and colander (without handle) retractable which is convenient.
The company EMSA German manufacturer of this product commercially very graciously replaced it with the new model TurboLine Emsa 512,991, I use it now for 5 months, and it is very resistant. I therefore suggest that rather older model too fragile at the mechanism, at least that is the experience I have had.
