Hull fair but small film does not stick (full of bubbles)

1 / The hull is of fair quality. This will protect just the Galaxy Note 4 scratches etc but I highly doubt to the falls.
2 / For cons, the film comes with the shell (1 single) is too small, about 2 mm on each side (up / down / left / right) of the non "protected" screen and do not stick at all + difficult to ask (bubbly) => I am forced to order other protective films.
3 / Just for info: no other accessories shipped with (eg other: cloth to wipe etc ..) but I already knew.
