Level character, no big change and we find a Katniss seems unshakeable at first sight but that hides the deep wounds of the first volume. It always oscillates between two boys of his life, Peeta and Gale but beware, no romance "silly". Moreover, it is a vision that I appreciate the author that does not have a character we love transit. Although we see Katniss appreciate a lot but we never feel an overwhelming love as in most books. This gives a touch quite realistic and changes a little "lightning" and other "love of her life" especially since the heroine knows how to keep its priorities in mind.
This is also an opportunity to discover some characters just all flown in the first volume with the adorable little sister Prim or conversely, deepen some characters who fully deserve it as Haymitch we always discover a little more.
Level action, it will take a bit to take his troubles patiently since it is even further than before. This part, nearly as immersive as the Hunger Games of the first volume we still reserve some surprises including a final quite confusing and rather engaging that we will soon move to the 3rd and final volume (I must say that we are leaving our heroine in distress).
A tome just as good as the precedent of the deepening of his world even if the action is still a little behind. If the first volume was the spark of rebellion, in this volume, rebellion rumbles and no doubt it will break out in Volume 3. So watch and I must say with some impatience.
