I had first a compact camera Panasonic (TZ41) with manual mode bought (because I like more configuration options than conventional compact cameras did) and was reasonably satisfied with the service but a bit disappointed with the picture quality. After the tip of a friend I bought at the same price, the Olympus Pen PM1 and was immediately impressed by her. The service is a bit getting used to and it is not very compact because of their relatively large lens but it makes just amazing good photos, not least because of the MFT sensor :) It has PASM, a wide range of program modes and particularly frequent use I auto iris that. Overall, despite little intuitive operation a smooth 1.0 for this budget camera for beginners in the world of system cameras :)
