I'm very satisfied - both TV and the gamble!

+ A crisp 3D view. Without the Shutterprobleme, with light, cheap glasses (the movies for example 1.00) and almost unlimited viewing angle. Here makes 3D a lot of fun, with friends lying on the couch and just enjoy. The 7 supplied glasses are quite usable and the loss of brightness is more than bearable. Also does the 3D conversion of normal TV quite well (2D> 3D). You can see the depth of the 3D effect even be personalized to highlight the depth better. Nevertheless, it remains more of a gimmick and after the first few times we look normal TV but rather 2D.

+ For gamers: if one gambles a game (eg GT5) in split-screen mode, you can do so so that each player "gets his own TV". This means that every player can gamble on the whole TV. This works dadruch that each player a horizontal and a vertical light waves (not lines thanks B.Bunse) gets on the glasses - super! No annoying "Are you up or down?" or more that you look where the "enemy" just is. Disadvantage: on the one hand the resolution is therefore no longer Full HD, but only "half" (instead of 1920x1080 then you have 1920x540 - if I have understood correctly ?!). Also you must buy either expensive glasses, each with 2 identical lenses - or simply tinkering from 2 cheap glasses which itself (see comments). With GT5 has amazing works fine and the resolution is still great, do not worry! A input lag I could not perceive (GT5, Uncharted 3, Infamous).

+ A super 2D image (comes heavily on the input source). Sure, the Analog should already sitting farther away - with Blu Ray etc. incredibly dynamic and razor sharp. Personally, I can hardly notice until no clouding and the "dirty screen effect" indeed is easily available, and I like to speak of the placebo effect just here ^^ One can skip over everything and make life even very difficult. Personally, I watch TV, I see that is usually exciting programs that interest me and eighth less on individual if not explicitly observed unauffälige effects. So when I look, for example football, then I'm interested in the respective players, and not what my TV, in msBereich, makes the lawn. Clearly, if the camera pans quickly, then warps the image a bit (in PC games programmers use a lot of energy and time on creating a "motion blur" effect extra), the TV appears to be a criterion ko ?! + Lit, intuitive remote control (somewhat fuzzy and inaccurate in "writing", for example, when entering the WLAN password otherwise pleasant pressure point).

+ 20kg with perfect for wall mounts.

+ All standard inputs are represented here, including 4x HDMI (1.4) incl. 1x ARC. The connections are located on the side, me personally does not bother, because it works beautifully with the wall bracket. Possibly you should worry at the length of the cable, rather you take 1/2 meter more and letting the cable a little game.

+ No mechanical buttons more on TV, everything works with this touch knobs, makes a very high-quality impression and white on light looks great too.

+ Input sources can only be selected if peripheries are detected it. I find great, the constant Next, click until you are at the desired source is eliminated.

o I can not confirm that the menu system is extremely complicated ?! I had previously used a Sharp menu and it's pretty much identical. Clearly, the mission assignment or allocation is annoying, because some channels are not detected automatically and you can then enter the name manually (does not have) and if we had 900 channels, then would it really a task. With our 30 channels but the topic was within a 1/2 hour. Abgefrühstückt. And the rest of the menu though is not intuitive, nevertheless learn and then actually quite easy.

o personal (wearing glasses) I have some small problems with the 3D view: especially in fast moving pictures or in the representation of 3D images that occupy the entire screen, are just the edges of the problem zone! You have to complete at the center of the image focus, because the edges are blurred. The Real 3D representation funtkioniert only conditionally, if I turn my head 45 degrees (eg when lying on the couch), then the optics shifts markedly, and I have the impression that "remove" the other eye a bit from TV, all weird ?! But honestly, we are sitting on the couch holding (in 3D) and is good. In general, and of course with regard to the "border problem" is considered - the larger the TV, the better.

o WiFi: I have the LG Dongle indulged me, which worked initially. Currently it has (made no changes!) To decide no longer to the Internet to connect (Mr. Google has several such cases). If it then works out, you can at least update the firmware and a little surfing (which does not make much fun, s. Remote control, and is also not very fast). So if you want streaming comfortable, or quickly on the net, which was more than one Ethernet> WLAN or even dLan adapter from the AC outlet, think. Otherwise, this is a nice gimmick, the LG Apps you get the way only when you signed up. And if one can believe the reviews, then you can do without it anyway and looks rather remote.

(17/12/2011): For some unknown reason, one does the WiFi dongle, after a Factory Reset (Caution: all installed, sorted and named station omitted then!) Back properly. With the supplied software "Nero MediaHome" one streaming entirely straightforward, directly from the PC (NetRadio, video, music ...). Up to 720p in the works with impeccable (MFH, 2x reinforced concrete walls), from 1080i jerky noticeably and actually makes no fun anymore. Should you so similar a nice facility / Soundbar / AVR who depend on TV, or similar on a PS3 Stream, you can also wonderful times his playlist for a party stream, or make a photo night.

o Sound: I was previously accustomed to a normal LCD TV Sound, and had so's sleep nights and a good life. "Unfortunately," I too can make me crazy "LED Sound is always flat and unacceptable", and have the same ordered a soundbar to. This direct comparison of TV NATURALLY sounded flat and immature! So, little tip: if you so far, with a pure TV solution have a full life / had, then test himself just before leaving to be conditioned. I kept the Soundbar course - risen strategy ^^

o Design: no glossy display (super), piano lacquer frame (not quite my cup of tea, because we from the TV and turn - the dream of every Forensikers) and with this "red" edges that do not really attract attention. Dadruch that the edges (left, right) change from black to red to transparent, produced (with the Revoltek Backlighs) the impression of the "real" backlights of Panasonic. The frame is illuminated again more transparent to the edges and it looks great!

o the pedestal I can not comment because I have the TV mounted directly on the wall. Respect. the holder ditto - my universal mount had no problems with the TV.

o USB Recording I Nocht not tested, but should work as well.

Conclusion:
A super all-round weapon that is currently unbeatable in the P / L, a complete package brings to facilities and quality and mastered his tasks masterfully. From my side a strong buy recommendation!

There is so far I deprive the TV 2 star:

- The DSE no longer deny. I have the subjective feeling that either LG this effect enhanced by updates, or that the general SD Program is getting worse. Especially with the "normal" programs will be started looking more and more an ordeal and even to pay attention to the effect, will not get you more of it going on. - That LG's policy that an idiosyncratic product policy, seems to be no secret. Trying to compensate for this through an attractive pricing policy seems to be working well, at least at first glance, but not in the long run. I'll grab my next purchase probably a little deeper into their pockets for quality on the go and might have even prepared the long term, is at the present time already determined. Too bad - and once again evident: a panacea for n Appel and n egg does not exist! :(
