I recommend this book which can be read in the order established by the author or by parts. Personally, I started with the "practice" of the regime. The section on food supplements is very well designed, dosages are very clear there. The explanations and examples of application of the system are many but not too much. I bought this book with two other globally dealing with the same subject, this is by far the clearest and again the most practical. I ordered subsequently Seignalet the book of John: I have not yet received but I think it is still best to start with the book of Jean-Marie Magnien for a fast practice (the latter the point is only my opinion, the book of Seignalet may be fine for the implementation of the plan).
