I was never a big Madonna fan,

know some of their albums, and of course their hits. If I had to name a favorite album it would be safe, "Ray of Light". I like this variety of the album. Now you 13tes studio album in front of me and I'm quite surprised. Very varied, different and yet Madonna. Some write that the albums "MDNA" & "Hard Candy" were not so great. However, there was for me a few songs that were good. But now to the current album.
01. Living For Love: the first single from the album starts really good. Is a catchy pop song. / Rating: 2
02. Pray Devil: the first hearing was equal to one of my favorites. / Rating: 1
03. Ghost Town: first ballad and convinced me totally. My 2nd album highlight. / Rating: 1
04. Unapologetic Bitch: nice song but can not convince me really. / Rating: 4
05. Illuminati: Again, I'm torn. I like him or not. At the moment he can not inspire me. / Rating: 4
06 Bitch I'm Madonna: Madonna here has again worked with Nicki Minaj and conjured a real decent pop song. / Rating: 3
07. Hold Tight: a quiet number which is truly succeeded. / Rating: 2
08. Joan of Arc: strong pop number that convinces me. Like more of it. / Rating: 2
09. Iconic: another cohabitation begins strongly with the Live Einspieler. Can it then but not hold. / Rating: 3
10. Hear Break City: another ballad which is very strong but not quite in "Ghost Town" rankommt anyway. / Rating: 2
11. Body Shop: a genuinely interesting song. Knows how to convince. / Rating: 2
12. Holy Water: strong number kept rather quiet but is not really going. / Rating: 3
13. Inside Out: another ballad that inspires me. Had I liked as a single. / Rating: 1
14. Wash All Over Me: As "Inside Out" a strong point. / Rating: 1
Conclusion: I do not expect a 2nd "Ray Of Light" or "Confessions ..." album. Honestly I expected nothing, because as already mentioned above, I never had the Madonna fan and always NEN song here was that I liked. Here the singer surprised me and I have for the first time after a long time an album completely belongs without pressing further. I'm excited and find the Madonna of their strongest albums published. 4 stars
