Here I go now compared with the Bose SoundLink III: I was set with my father in a large room, both units 1 meter apart in front of a window standing. 1st impression: Bose simply sounds better. But it was not easy, the sound itself, I think, the two almost indistinguishable What Bose simply, is just nasty - it is nothing new that Bose speaker placement is building that a sound comes across, which is very filling as if the sound comes from a much larger box, with other devices it sounds more monotonous, but that's just nasty)
volume technically I can not tell the indoor large volume difference, but it was in this case only used to the sound, as far as the bass, I have found very interesting what, but will be explained in the following!
Sound outdoor ++ (very good)
Again I compare with the SoundLink III, similar conditions as in the indoor test, just now out:
I have no real difference between the devices can determine, the typical filling bose sound is as outdoors now little available, at the time of the test light wind was blowing, but not test distorting.
The only clearly audible difference is that Jabra is simply louder! for outdoor just perfect! yes here Jabra would have to give a little more beautiful or sound of the bass, in which Bose has even in low volume a nice bass, when you get the Jabra only at full volume! But now a point in Bose, who brought me a little smile: the test I have the volume continues to increase, a few steps in front of the maximum volume, I noticed at Bose that is bass so slowly swallowed something quasi is displaced by the volume of the music. I personally find very sad, probably is here simply the smaller housing the blockade.
the Jabra quite different: here you turn on, it gets louder and louder bass. In order to describe the bass from the Jabra: everything is at or on the box with swings, so you think the box rattles, but doing it at all, even with bass-heavy tracks. Although it is easy to see that the box vibrates, but the workmanship is so clean that you hereof anything heard!
Other Features + - ++ (good to very good)
Bluetooth: once the Jabra box is turned on and you are enabled on the paired phone blutooth device connected within a very short time real. Bose was not always the case and you had to choose only the menu again. the scope should however avoid pushing the Jabra too much, there's something more bose I felt.
Jabra app for Dolby sound: I tested today, total flop, rather normal play the music, although it affects the feeling like the Bose technology, but the sound becomes unpleasant.
cell phone to the device load: great feature, I do not think you need to say more;)
Battery life: I have unfortunately not yet been able to test so, youtube videos but felt that the Jabra holds 13 hours.
Sound function / language function: ton at on / off the device if the device is connected there is a voice in Bluetooth pairing follows music with one voice to explain what you have to do, besides you can also make announcements via button the current battery level. The sounds can be switched off or even have the choice between male and female voice;))

Conclusion: my father and I agreed: bose for indoors (which I have a fixed indoor installation, so rather unnecessarily) and Jabra for outdoors! Bose will cost 50 more, only not so a practical AUX cable here as Jabra, but is from the sound in ways better that it has the typical room-filling sound by Bose. the bass takes at full volume but unfortunately a little bit off, I suspect this is due to the narrow design.
5 stars because it is very like it, clearly there are also a few points of criticism, but I do not think that it is a perfect device out there, so I lay me realize that you already may be awarded 5 stars here, especially since I have the comparison made!
! Very important !: yet we must of course also again not forget that it is mobile devices, so by no means comparable to sounds of wired speakers with subwoofer and co!
