At first it is a bit unusual to steam, but the familiarization phase is quite short. After 1-2 days of the changeover is with us two already succeeded ... but what I say successful, it is a joy to be switched from smoking to vaping.
Initially, the "Flash" was (pressure in the throat when inhaling) very unusual and getting used to the first trains caused short coughing and irritation in the throat. But after 5 - 6 trains one has already got used to and it feels like a cigarette.
Now we have been 7 weeks non-smoking and steaming only and what can I say, it's super.
Many of you ask determines how I did, can take such a part of the urge to smoke !? The answer is: YES! In reality, you can tell it that you actually "only" nicotine dependent, the body gets this drug, he cries out for nothing more.
