Quick delivery: 2 days, proper packaging, proper labeling. Some twisted nails or not closed when the number I did not count on the whole satisfied with the product, however I would have liked more information on the product eg diameter of the nail heads and not just the length of the stem. The surprise gift (golden plastic inset) is nice but the quality of this one remains uncertain however I'd rather not surprise gift but lower shipping costs, I found it much too high ones, (3 Free shipping to 60 g of product). Especially as I had ordered the same day at the same time in the same place, another product which weighs 47 gm has been charged 2.5 shipping and more! total: 5.50 to 106 g in all. That's a lot !!!
