I deliberately preferred a product that can modulate the frequencies to be certain to scare the cats in the neighborhood.
Note that people who suffer from tinnitus seems to perceive frequencies for me any discomfort.
Note the gasket for sealing the battery case is not terrible. I preferred to keep the rain with tape.
