I received my order early December 2014 abandoned. It came as it had come, I received a wrong item (vast, long and heavy particle sports equipment or something).
Until then, everything was good, I have contacted the seller and was told that the items will be collected by the shipping company again. Super I thought that's running only once.
The days passed, nothing happened, and I signed up again when the wrong device is picked up because, since, unfortunately, the correct products will only be sent again if the wrong has arrived there again. Unfavorable if it is a Christmas present, but that should not indeed be the problem of the seller ...
Eventually I received a response that the device is not picked up, but I would have to bring it yourself to the post office. First, the part weighs more than a woman can wear alone, secondly, it did not fit in my car!
But it was the sellers do not care.
I fortunately found a solution and could organize a transporter.
The unit went back ... and it took ..... it took .... and it took ....
No response, no mail from the seller.
Then I got because of my renewed demand (not from part of the seller, no) a tip when I have not the power, I should ask again at DHL.
No sooner said than done. But the seller sent the tracking number was the old the wrong product and was therefore considered delivered.
Then again no response or clarification attempts by the seller.
What remained with? Warranty Claim on Amazon and hey presto, the right products came on 01.08.2015 !!!!!!! to.
Note the order early December 2014!
The Christmas I dufte now in January 2015 verschenken- could not be better.
Dealing with customers is really disastrous here. It ranges from arrogance ignorance to impudence that I have never experienced before from a vendor. The one star is too much!
One learns from never ....
