In a totalitarian France: number of journalists, politicians and media would order the burning of the book !!!

France has ever known, every year as many crimes, rapes, assaults and crimes of all kinds, in the early 21st century; with officially PER DAY: 1300 attacks on physical integrity, scams 1000 economic and financial offenses, 470 vehicles destroyed or damaged, 330 and 100 physical violence villainous arson of private property. But the reality is much worse, because all victims do not complain, far from it ... So EVERY DAY, there would in fact really in France: 13,000 flights, 2,200 assaults, 200 rapes, etc. ; A YEAR or respectively 4,700,000 flights, 803,000 assaults and 73,000 rapes!
Yet while the legislation allows, these are almost never applied in all their severity, yet if necessary, to acts as numerous and odious. The situation is so alarming and often grotesque at once, that the author has to be handled with great intelligence, irony, to decrypt these incredible situations and legal claims litany of varied crimes. Indeed, the perpetrators almost never receive appropriate sentences, that is to say the extent of the seriousness of their actions

Yet simple and obvious solutions:
1 / Start by net stop legal laxity and drastically implement existing legislation;
2 / Building prisons: what falls dun investment, important but essential, as essential to our well-existence, since physical and moral integrity of thousands of actual and potential victims depends on it! ;
3 / Establish finally, in France, sentencing to real life sentences for the most serious crimes (and they are many!). All the more that it is obviously out of the question to reconsider the abolition of the death penalty in a country like France, which wants Modern Democratic and respectful of Human Rights.
