This book opens the eyes on sometimes unpublished elements of reflection that we do not necessarily think so this is a very good trigger for other thoughts or discuss ... The chapters are short and thus facilitate the exchange on a subject.
Strong point, the book is well supplied with statistics that are referenced.
However, the big downside seems to be the bias of certain statements. The book is written by an asso and I regretted that some chapters (minority) is more a search for excuses more or less honest and moral, rather than the statement of a situation leading to the facts. Sometimes it goes in advocacy / the leaflet and that makes the book lose its real strength. In fact, we feel that it is so politicized that this book should be read without a priori.
I recommend it to anyone interested in politics a minimum, with basic eco and social statistics. If you are in extreme left, you will find your source of arguments, the danger is locked up by simply reading it as the Manifesto. If you are right, it will allow you to address some issues with another approach based on statistics, facts.
