The 08/08/14: My big towers 1998 have only reduce size to see disappear the floppy drive then the DVD ... CD ... And here we are in 2014 more player at all!
A device no bigger than a book, but that's enough in the belly to do what a conventional computer needs to do.
Some manage to make 3D game, I'm not sure that it is ideal but for the rest it is quite enough!
Add an SSD drive or 2.5-inch disk old (not possible with many others) and 4 GB of RAM, you get a low-budget computer that works like a fat twice as expensive.
There is no noise and W8 starts in 2 seconds flat. What more? A DVD player? if you still have the utility you can still buy an external box, put the old in and connect it to the many USB ports 2 and 3!
