unfortunately slips of Spiess every 3 minutes from the engine management and, consequently, no longer rotates. The grilled food should therefore not be out of sight and must constantly push the hot spit back into the engine management. These are a known faulty design, which has already been described in detail in various forums Grill in 2013. The rotisserie is unfortunately so useless and makes really no fun. Priced at 169 euros so something is more than disappointing. I've heard that Weber has made current changes to the product. Whether the deficiencies have been rectified herewith, I do not know. The first version of the spit is unfortunately still so offered commercially (hardware store). I will complain about the construction at Weber Customer Service.
