I had always thought that my old terrestrial antenna system (VHF 5 elements, UHF 9 elements plus DVB-T antenna amplifier) not as easy by a small gray box (Philips SDV 2940) could be replaced but .... .. .. I do not know how Philips has managed that ... the Philips SDV 2940 receiver unit sets again a top: (. Of max 10) So far with me `The Zweite` only with a signal strength of 8 are received, then after installing the Philips SDV 2940, all the stations are in full 10 (also applies to the quality of reception) - could not be better! - And more beautiful is the little box, opposite the old terrestrial plant, also.
Here are a few words to the installation of the system: I have it integrated into a roof antenna system. All components were hot with the packaging, is to: Transformer with switch for feeding the supply voltage cable to connect (prefabricated), adapter (antenna coupling -> F-connector) and all screws and stainless steel straps.
I just hope that I have given too much of the praise of me here - yet afterwards sets a price higher. ;-)
Oh my buy recommendation is still missing ... strike quickly!
(PS: I'm not a sales employee of Philips - only an avid buyer)
