We had the fitting (... or the predecessor of Franke) already acquired in the initial of our new kitchen in 1999. But presented as the successors after 2- 3 years always the same problem one that the faucet is leaking and water comes running at various points of the valve. This is usually about the Chromríng, so the lower joint of the arm or just the upper groove on the pivot arm. Maybe it's a little too hard water, the seals and the cartridge are built on limited life. Since other dark "stone fittings" also already attracted attention with the same problems with us and chrome-colored parts simply impossible to fit a "stone sink," we attacked again and again to this faucet. Also I have already ordered a seal kit and had partially disassembled the faucet, but I come as a hobby craftsmen simply not relevant to the two rubber seals approach to replace them.
In summary, I can say for me: Looks great, works at the beginning also quite good, but the always incipient sealing problems are at least three star deduction, because their money is the faucet in my opinion not worth it, even if they are already for almost gets 70 euros on Amazon.
