instalation = mission impossible

Usual install a game take qq minute, I speak DInstalling no configuration or its handling.
To start the game must
- A steam account
- A classical installation from a single DVD!
- Update of games
just that, when we think about a Box, you put the disc and it's good, wholesale 10s
So in all with a connection to 2Mbit / s over I put 10H !!! and without power outage ...
The hallucinating or I really this is the update on a new 8H and internet games reserved for my pc.
both say that bad internet connection problem u power failure, it means installation impossible.
In addition the DVD is of very poor quality, insert 2 times before the install begins as I have never had such problems.
