Installing a bit tedious

I had to complete transfer (OS W7 + datas) of a Kingston SSD 64 GB to 120 GB Samsung 840 EVO on a laptop HP Pavilion. Attention, the SSD is not supplied with the adapter to usb sata to run the data transfer. The Data Migration Samsung software that book on the enclosed CD disk installs without problem, but immediately asks to upgrade to a newer version. And there, lock: the screen of the wizard stops completely and only the windows task manager allows you to get out. If the operation is repeated, it becomes impossible because the setup detects that an installation is in progress and must be stopped !! Only after a service shutdown with Ccleaner it again becomes possible to restart procedures. In short, it is only at the third attempt everything miraculously unlocked and the new version of Data Migration worked. The transfer happened without any problem.
This SSD is perhaps slightly faster than Kingston SSDNow but above all, it considerably less heat. The fan pc gets much less often on and turns slower, so quieter computer, which is a big advantage.
In all, I currently have nothing negative to report at ssd himself but loses a star because of Samsung a little buggy software. Maybe under W8, everything would be better spent ???
